Chelmsford Star Harmony is the stage name of the Chelmsford Star Barbershop Harmony Club, which was formed in 1986, being an amalgamation of the Colchester and Harlow Clubs with members from the Chelmsford area.

The Chorus is a member of the British Association of Barbershop Singers and regularly competes in national competitions.

The chorus performs for both private functions and various charities throughout the county of Essex and has performed for Chelmsford Borough Council at both the Chelmsford Spectacular and Hylands House. Our Musical Director is Bryan Ward, who is also Chairman of the club, and our Assistant Musical Director is Nick Allies
